PRIMARY HEALTH CARE CLINIC

Established in 2020, Z&MWF now provides primary healthcare to approximately 3,000 patients monthly in the region and surrounding areas. The foundation has a team of trained medical professionals, including doctors, a midwife, a pharmacist, and a sinologist, along with visiting specialists in gynecology and pediatrics, ensuring comprehensive medical care for the community.

At this facility, primary healthcare services, including consultations and medications, are provided completely free of charge. It is the only center in the area offering proper treatment for dog bites, snake bites, and stunted growth.

These medical concerns are managed by a team of professionally trained experts. Additionally, the foundation has launched a program for the treatment of Hepatitis, Malaria, and Diabetes, with regular screenings for these diseases.

Clinic Dog bite Treatment

In 2023, Zohra & Mumtaz Welfare Foundation began providing proper treatment for dog bites. Our team was trained at Indus Hospital under the guidance of renowned Dr. Naseem Salahuddin.

We have made arrangements for the supply of essential medicines,
including 1. Abhayrab  2. Equirab

 

which are rarely available at other hospitals. Dog bite patients travel from distant areas, some over 50 kilometers, as no other facility provides the necessary, comprehensive treatment.

 

Stunted growth and mal-nutrition treatment

Zohra & Mumtaz Welfare Foundation is affiliated with RUTF (USA) and is actively treating patients suffering from malnutrition and stunted growth. This treatment is conducted under the careful supervision of doctors, with follow-up visits scheduled to monitor and track the progress of each patient.

Specialists Clinic

Z&MWF is also affiliated with Al-Khidmat Hospital in Gulshan-e-Hadeed, which is a 100 bed hospital with proper arrangements for deliveries and an operation theatre for surgeries. There are 40 specialists available at the Hospital for various diseases.

Z&MWF conducts specialist clinics at their premises where visiting specialist in gynae, peads & other ailments treat approximately 250 to 300 patients in a day.

Proper arrangements are made to shift more serious patients to Al-Khidmat Hospital at Gulshan e Hadeed in ambulances.

For this we have made arrangements with 1122 ambulance service and ambulance can reach our clnic in 5 to 10 minutes in case of emergency.
